Standard Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us via lottieyacosmetics@gmail.com and we may refund part of the offer depend on the situation. Please note shipping charges will not be refunded.
The returns policy may vary during promotional periods, please check the terms & conditions of the promotion before placing your order.
For the return or exchange of LOTTIEYA-US products purchased from any other authorized retailer please contact your retailer directly.

Returns Process (excluding Black Friday and other Promotion)
LOTTIEYA accepts returns for a refund or exchange within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused in their original condition (undamaged, unopened packaging, any outer seals intact) to qualify.

  1. All international orders are Final Sale (Including Canada)
  2. All gift card purchases are Final Sale
  3. Damage claims must be made within 2 days of delivery. We require photo/video details attachments for record-keeping purposes
  4. To qualify for a return, products must be in their original condition (undamaged, unopened packaging, outer seals intact to be eligible)
  5. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery
  6. Unsolicited/unqualified returns are subject to be returned to sender or discarded after 5 days
  7. For all returns, please contact lottieyacosmetics@gmail.com for your return label.

Please quote your order number and the item that you would like to return and we will inform you of the next steps upon receipt of your email.

Damaged Items
If your items are received damaged, please send a photo with the damaged item along with your order number to lottieyacosmetics@gmail.com with the subject line: LOTTIEYA ORDER DAMAGED. This should be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order.

Items not received
If you have not received your full order, please contact us at lottieyacosmetics@gmail.com with the subject line: LOTTIEYA MISSING ITEM along with your order number.
